This website is provided using OpenAI Sites. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed, including the IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For customers in the European Economic Area, the OpenAI service is provided by OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. Further information is available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Log data is retained only for as long as required for secure operation, troubleshooting or compliance with legal obligations and is then deleted.

3. Spotify player

The Spotify player is disabled by default. It is loaded only after you actively select “Load Spotify Player”. Upon activation, a connection to Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, is established. Spotify may process your IP address, device information and usage data and may use cookies or similar technologies.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw consent at any time by deactivating the player or reloading the page. Further information is available in the Spotify Privacy Policy.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to answer your request. Depending on the content of your request, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted when the request has been completed unless statutory retention duties apply.

5. External links and media

This website links to external services such as Instagram, YouTube, Fairbeat and Spotify. No connection to those services is established merely by displaying a normal link. Their privacy policies apply after you open the respective link. Beat previews and visual media are hosted directly on this website.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own non-essential cookies. Third-party technologies may be used only after you activate the Spotify player as described above.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
